Sometimes, it is just a small problem you are having that can be resolved by contacting us.  If this is the case just contact us by clicking here . 

To cancel you VIP Membership, you do it by following these steps:

1. Have your Verotel TicketsClub Usercode and Passcode.  These will be in the original email you received from Verotel upon approval of your membership.  (If you can not find them contact us and we will retrieve them for you.)
   
2. Click here to go to  the Verotel Support Site and follow the instructions to cancel your membership.
